I ordered 3 pack of Zenflore mental performance probiotics.. An post sent them elsewhere before coming to my address..then when arrived 2 boxes correct and one incorrect.. Rang to get it corrected and I have to go to someone with a printer or sort a courier.. As in hospital for few days can't get courier.. Bit disappointed as have to send back incorrect one and only then will I be sent correct box.. It wasn't my mistake so why do I have to wait?.. To clarify 3 boxes are for 3 different people so I have to wait. Not great service really if they make the mistake.

I was extremely impressed with your service from the moment I ordered until your confirmation that it was shipped. However I would suggest you contact your Courier DPD. My package was dropped at the gate in the pouring rain. It could easily have been taken by a passer by. I have contacted DPD but have not received a response Your courier company should not be allowed to undermine the magnificent service that you provide.
