Free Delivery in Ireland for all order over €49.99 Free delivery does not apply to international orders.

Tracking is provided on all national and international orders.

Please note that some consumer items may take up to 5-7 days for delivery. If you need your items urgenty, please contact our team before ordering to request a lead time. All fragrances can take 5-7 days for delivery also.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders are shipped with An Post Couriers.

National orders in Ireland:

Our aim is to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Please allow two working days to receive orders. Often, your order will be delivered the following day but we prefer to advise customers to expect two days. On rare occasions, it may take longer for delivery. If your order contains a fragrance, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

-> Two working days anywhere in Ireland on all orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday.  Please note that some consumer items may take up to 5 days for delivery. If you need your items urgenty, please contact our team before ordering to request a lead time.

-> Orders placed before 3pm Friday will be received on Tuesday. After 3pm orders will be delivered on the Wednesday.

-> On rare occasions, it may take longer for your parcel to arrive during periods of high order volume. Please call us if your order is urgent. 

Standard Delivery Charge of €4.90.

International orders:

Medicines can only be shipped within Ireland.

International deliveries are shipped using DHL or An Post. Please contact us for rates.

 

Fees depend on destination, please contact us for more information. Should your parcel contain aerosols, we will not be able to ship these orders. We will always contact you before shipping in this instance.

Stock Availability:

-> We work with a large amount of suppliers and have an extensive product listing. At any given time, there may be issues procuring stock which may add a waiting period to your order. We will let you know as soon as possible should this be the case. We want our customers to have the best product choice and customer service.

Medicinal Products cannot be shipped Outside of Ireland.

Customs Charges or Import Taxes

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, it is possible your order may be subject to certain import customs/taxes which are outside of our control. If you are in doubt, please contact your local customs officials. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied at checkout is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We prioritise a fast dispatch and delivery timeframe, so it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order.
