The formula contains saline water from the Bay of Cancale in Brittany renowned for the quality of its water, Aloe Vera, which maintains and prolongs the hydration of the nasal passages, and hyaluronic acid which has high moisturizing power. This preservative-free spray helps you keep a healthy nose by keeping your nasal passages clean. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril while tilting the head slightly to one side and press the spray. Repeat in the other nostril. After use, carefully wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap. The spray can be used several times a day, as needed, and is suitable for both adults and children from 1 year of age. Do not insert the nozzle too deeply into the nostril, and always supervise young children during use
