• Select the appropriate size Tubigrip (see product details below)
• Cut the bandage so that the bandage is twice the length required to cover the affected area.
• Pull over the affected area
• Double back so that the bandage forms a double layer, ensuring the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by about 3-4 cm.
