How to use
1. Using two hands, pull the sleeve onto your foot until it is aligned to the arch of your foot.
2. Position the cushion in the middle of the foot, between the ball of your foot and heel.
3. Stand up to determine if the position of the cushion is comfortable and adjust as needed.
Care & cleaning
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean. Replace support sleeve upon visible signs of wear.
