My carpel tunnel is getting worse.
Gp recommended a brace.
I seen these in local pharmacy. 😳 nearly 30e for one.
Im only new to using them. Usually have pains during night in full hand but it was definitely an improvement. Thumb was not as sore. And had no numbness in rest of hands when usuall would ....but thats only couple of days in.
