Never again

I ordered from this company and when the products arrived it was not what I ordered, the first excuse was the the photo online was incorrect and the second excuse was that the products were out of stock. At no stage was a given an option of a refund or to choose something else. I am now trying to get a refund which they refuse to give unless I return the wrong products first. Appalling costumer service and will never use this company again nor recommend them.. be warned !!
