I have been using Imedeen tablets for over 20 years now. Firstly Time Perfection and now Prime Renewal. Imedeen works from the inside and Prime Renewal is for older skin, I find it very good, it containe Marine Complex among other contents which they say reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
