How to use

For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over:

Take 10ml, 3 times a day.

Take preferably between meals.

Shake the bottle before use.

Use the measuring cup supplied with the product. Clean and dry the measuring cup after use and close the bottle carefully after each use.
