Bactigras is an anti-septic paraffin gauze dressing for use where there is a risk of wound infection and adherence to the wound surface is a concern. It is typically used for minor burns, scalds, cuts, abrasions and allows wound fluid to drain freely into an absorbent secondary dressing.
