How To Use
Select the appropriate size Tubigrip (see product details below)
Cut the bandage so that the bandage is twice the length required to cover the affected area.
Pull over the affected area
Double back so that the bandage forms a double layer, ensuring the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by about 3-4 cm.
