Phenergan Elixir is an antihistamine for treating allergic conditions like hay fever or rashes. It may be used to treat nausea and vomiting caused by travel sickness.

Instructions
How to use:
Not for use in children under the age of 2.
Adults:
The usual daily dose is 25-75mg as a single daily dose or in 3 divided doses, starting with the lower dose.
Children:
Children 2-5 years:
1-3 x 5ml spoonfuls (5-15mg) once daily at bedtime
Or 5mg twice daily
Maximum daily dose 15mg
Children 5-10 years:
2-5 x 5ml spoonfuls (10-25mg) once daily at bedtime
Or 5-10mg twice daily
Maximum daily dose 25mg
Warnings
Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant, might become pregnant, or think you may be pregnant. Phenergan Elixir should not be taken in the 2 weeks before birth.
You should not take Phenergan Elixir if you are breast-feeding. This is because small amounts may pass into mothers milk. This can be harmful to your baby.
Driving and using machines
You may feel drowsy or sleepy while taking this medicine or in the morning after taking this medicine. If this happens, do not drive or use any tools or machines.
Side Effects
May cause drowsiness or dizziness, restlessness, headaches, tiredness or disorientation.
