Arnica cream is a miracle worker when applied to a bump - when put on at once after an accident, in most cases, a bruise just doesn't form. Fabulous for little children who bump heads and elbows. It can also provide a degree of soothing when applied to aching joints. I have used it for many years now and recommended to others who had never heard of it.
