Always start your retinol journey LOW AND SLOW. Because it is so powerful, our skin finds it hard to adjust to it at first. A pea sized amount is plenty – using once/twice weekly working upto everyday as tolerated. The following rule can be advised – for the first month, use twice weekly. Second month, 3 times weekly.
