You can use this service to order your prescription medications once you have a legally valid prescription. This can be the original paper prescription or one that a prescriber has sent electronically to the pharmacy via Healthmail. Physical prescriptions must be posted to us in advance of dispensing.
To place an order, you must be aged 16 or over.

To place an order, you must be aged 16 or over. However, you may place an order on behalf of someone under 16.
1. If it is a new prescription, ask your GP to email it to

Yes, you must have a valid prescription issued by your doctor or other prescriber. This can be the original signed paper prescription or one that a prescriber has sent electronically to the pharmacy via Healthmail.

We aim to process your prescription orders as quickly as possible. Prescription orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your medication is ready, we will contact you for payment and then post the medication to you.
Please allow sufficient time to receive your medication. We recommend ordering 7-10 days before you actually require the medication.

Cost of dispensed medication will be separate to cost of prescription generation or doctor consultation. We are not responsible for third-party website content.
Subject to pharmacist approval, stock availability and pharmacy opening hours.
Family member or person you care for (where aged over 16 years) may give consent for you to use the service on their behalf, which includes ordering and collecting their medicines.
Consent to receive text messages is a mandatory requirement.
A valid prescription is required to dispense prescription medication. This must be the original signed paper prescription or one that your doctor has sent electronically to the pharmacy via Healthmail to moyderwell.tralee@healthmail.ie.
For urgent prescriptions, please mark as ‘urgent’ in the email subject for review by the pharmacy. Delivery service may take 2-3 working days and is subject to pharmacist approval, stock availability and pharmacy opening hours.
When ordering on behalf of someone else, the text message will be sent to the mobile number recorded for that individual.
