This oily (pommade means ointment) contains 0.12% of the mildest forms of vitamin A, called retinol esters.
0.12% of retinol esters is not the same as a 0.1% of pure retinoic acid.
It can be used for:
Texture: It’s a very thick, greasy and translucent ointment.
Retinoids are a group of compounds that include vitamin A (or pure pharmacy retinol) and other natural vitamin A derivatives, such as retinaldehyde, retinyl esters, and retinoic acid.
Retinoids, and specifically retinol and retinoic acid, are the most scientifically supported anti-aging ingredients. They have been studied in depth for more than 40 years in well-designed, independent clinical trials, which have demonstrated their efficacy against wrinkles and other signs of aging. They have also been shown to be safe for health when used topically.
Ointment A313 without prescription is for cutaneous use only.
We recommend applying this restorative ointment locally 1 to 2 times a day.
The lesions of irritant dermatitis are secondary to skin contact with an irritant. They are characterized by lesions of highly variable appearance, ranging from simple redness to the formation of bubbles or even necrosis, accompanied by tingling, itching or a burning sensation.
