The photo of the product I ordered, on your website, is what I ordered and hoped to receive. That box contains 100 individual non-woven swabs.
The box you sent me, is in different packaging and while still contains 100 non-woven swabs of the correct size, are packaged into 20 individual packets of 5 swabs. For environmental reasons (non-recyclable packaging) and storage (bigger box) I would have preferred the box below.
Apart from that, the order came quickly and your ordering process was easy to follow.
